1/Senior Engineer Design
Developing embedded flash IP products with Super-flash technologies Doing analog block design and simulation
Doing full chip integration and simulation
Collaborating with layout engineers in the physical design
]Job Requirements:
3+ year’s analog/memory design experience
Knowledge of flash memory or other NVM design a definite advantage
Familiar with HSPICE/HSIM/XA simulation tools
Familiar with Cadence design environment
The experienced design of analog circuit such as Op amp, LDO, OSC, charge pump…
Be able to build the analog block or chip simulation
Some experience of layout a definite advantage
BSEE minimum, MSEE
Preferred Good English communication
