I wonder why people want to be creative that way

the rule of the game is, Mr Alex Trebek (spelling) supplies the contestant the answer, the contestants will provide the question.
ex: the capital of Vietnam, the contestant must provide the question: "What is Hanoi?"

but I don't think it's good way to learn English with that kind of question ...
It's always the other way round: read a paragraph and answer comprehension questions.
Nvm, maybe pupils can learn how to make questions
